Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and our clients. They are responsible for communicating via phone, Zoom, and email to help ensure our clients get what they need and are satisfied with our services. Building strong relationships is critical to success in the role.

In this role, there may be times when you have to accommodate difficult requests and deal with various client issues. You will have to determine when issues need to be escalated through our internal chain of command.

This role requires someone who can research topics and be creative with our client’s content strategy and writing styles. You must be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong self-editing skills. The ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams is a requirement.

Most importantly, you must possess the ability to confidently work quickly and accurately.

Base Coat Marketing is looking for a creative, highly-motivated, badass Web Professional to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. This position is responsible for designing and building WordPress websites on the fly while ensuring all on-page search engine optimization ranking factors are accounted for.

This role requires someone who can learn fast, who is self-motivated, organized, and has an excellent attention to detail.
